The space This single-level home features 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 full-over-full bunk bed. All beds have comfortable, high-quality mattresses, pillows, sheets, and blankets to ensure a comfortable stay. There is also an office desk with a monitor and mouse, perfect for remote work. Throughout the home, you will find 5 Smart TV's to enjoy Netflix, YouTube TV, or any streaming app you use. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to feel right at home preparing your favorite meal. Enjoy your morning coffee by the pool with the Keurig coffee and tea maker. The backyard features a beautiful heated pool (available for an additional fee), a hot tub (free to heat), and a waterfall with resort-like landscaping. You will also find loungers, an outdoor dining table, multiple Bluetooth speakers, many pool toys, a basketball hoop, and games to enjoy the outdoor oasis. Parking is available in the garage and in the driveway. The home is truly perfect for families or groups of friends. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and garage. House Rules / Things to Know: NO PETS: We ask that you make other plans for your furry family member. We are allergic! An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be assessed for this broken rule. NO SMOKING: If you prefer to smoke/vape please go outside. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts, as they can be a fire hazard. No Parties or Events Pool Equipment: Please do not adjust any pool equipment located on the side of the home. The system is professionally programmed and monitored. If you need the pool or spa adjusted, please contact us. Unauthorized changes that require a service call, equipment reprogramming, will be charged to the guest for the actual cost incurred, which may exceed $500. Check In: 4:00 PM Check Out: 12:00 PM Quiet Time: Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Food and Drink: All food and drink must be kept out of the carpeted areas. Please do not sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or towels. Damage and Incidentals: You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.
